Choose your base ( Seasoned white sushi rice / Seasoned brown rice / Quinoa / or Salad )
Choose your raw fish ( sashimi ) and cooked fish topping

Marinate the fish with your choice of vegetables and sauce
Ponzu (citrus-based), sesame oil, spicy mayo, wasabi mayo, eel sauce, and soy sauce
Top it off. Choose your veggie and fruit toppings.
If you want all of them, just say EVERYTHING!
Choose as many toppings as you want from:
Tomato, seaweed salad, jalapeno, cilantro, cucumber, white onion, Pineapple, mango, edamame, green onion, and avocado.
